We design and supply innovative waste diversion solutions that help organizations across North America meet their sustainability goals. This role is focused on the Hospitality vertical, supporting hotels, resorts, conference centres, and food service environments that are committed to reducing waste and improving recycling outcomes. If you’re passionate about sales and the future of the environment, we want to hear from you.

The Opportunity

This role is built for someone who thinks like a hunter, executes with discipline, and takes pride in building lasting client relationships.

What You'll Do
  • Build and develop a robust sales funnel through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and collaboration with Marketing campaigns
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts, meeting or exceeding assigned revenue quotas
  • Develop and execute annual sales plans with goals, metrics, and weekly/monthly/quarterly work plans
  • Identify and pursue large-scale RFP opportunities and high‑value accounts with multi‑contact structures
  • Present CleanRiver solutions confidently to a range of decision‑makers — from operational leads to C‑suite executives — via in‑person and virtual meetings
  • Manage all sales activity in Salesforce — forecasts, pipeline updates, quotes, and client records
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales and Marketing to respond to quote requests and develop campaign collateral
  • Represent CleanRiver at relevant industry tradeshows
Team & Organization
  • Contribute to sales planning meetings and share customer insights with leadership
  • Lead by example in alignment with the team's values of collaboration, continuous improvement, and individual development
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards
