Account Executive

As an Account Executive, you will leverage your insurance expertise to manage a book of business and ensure customers have the coverage they need.

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Support new and existing customers by recommending appropriate products and services
• Promote customer retention by building strong relationships and providing excellent service
• Navigate multiple insurance partner online portals to process customer applications
• Quote new business through outbound calls and walk-in clients
• Communicate with insurance Underwriters to meet evolving guidelines
• Prospect and upsell to clients across all lines of business
• Coordinate between clients and external insurance partners to ensure fair representation
• Engage in continuous self-development through industry involvement and related courses

• Experience in delivering excellent customer service
