What You Will Do :

Rumble is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic Cloud Business team. In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of the entire sales process, ensuring consistent and impactful results while driving new business acquisition for Rumble Cloud .

In this key role, you will be responsible for :

  • Managing the Full Sales Cycle : Take complete ownership of the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring delivery against key performance metrics with a particular focus on new business development and expanding market share.
  • Driving Pipeline Development : Leverage a range of strategies, including cold outreach, email campaigns, targeted social media engagement, and other creative channels, to identify and qualify new leads. Proactively build and nurture a pipeline to secure long-term sales success.
  • Securing New Business : Demonstrate full autonomy in securing new business, from initial contact through to contract negotiation and final sale, all while showcasing the capabilities and benefits of Rumble Cloud products and services.
  • Strategic Account Management : Develop, own, and execute tailored strategic approaches for each account, understanding their unique business needs, pain points, and opportunities to position Rumble Cloud as the ideal solution. Build deep, trusted relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Rumble’s marketing, sales development, and account management teams to align on goals, share insights, and drive comprehensive strategies that result in new business acquisition and increased revenue. Participate in ongoing collaboration to refine sales tactics and strengthen the customer journey.
  • Identifying Growth Opportunities : Regularly assess client accounts for upsell and cross-sell opportunities, identifying avenues for further business expansion and driving future growth initiatives. Stay ahead of market trends and competitive offerings to maximize business potential.
  • Feedback and Continuous Improvement : Provide valuable feedback and recommendations throughout the account lifecycle, from initial outreach to post-sale follow-ups, contributing to the refinement of sales strategies, marketing messaging, and overall product offerings.
  • Additional Responsibilities : Take on other sales-related tasks and projects as assigned, contributing to the growth and success of the team and the organization at large.

Requirements :

  • 3+ Years of Sales Experience : A proven track record of success in sales, especially in SaaS markets, and selling B2B IT solutions, with a strong focus on acquiring and retaining clients in cloud-based technologies.
  • Cloud Product Familiarity : Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms such as GCP (Google Cloud Platform), Azure, AWS, or similar solutions is highly preferred. Knowledge of cloud services and architecture will help you effectively position Rumble Cloud .
  • Proven Sales Success : Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding sales goals and performance metrics, showcasing your ability to drive results and close high-value deals.
  • Hustler" Mentality : A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, demonstrating proactivity, resilience, and a passion for winning. Your creativity and strategic thinking will be key in navigating complex sales processes and building strong customer relationships.
  • Adaptability in Fast-Paced Environments : Experience working in high-growth, rapidly changing environments where agility, time management, and effective decision-making are essential to achieving sales success.
  • Excellent Communication Skills : Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Fluency in English is essential.
  • Attention to Detail : High attention to detail, ensuring accurate and thorough documentation of sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions. Your ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns with precision will be critical to success.

Annual Compensation Range : $106,000-$144,000 USD base + commission + benefits + equity

Note : The salary range listed for this position is a good faith estimate based on experience, qualifications, and internal compensation structure. The actual salary offered varies depending on the candidate's skill level and experience.
