Your Mission as Account Executive:

As an entrepreneurial Account Executive at Integrity Advocate, you'll be the engine driving their continued growth within the mid-market. You'll own the entire sales cycle, from identifying promising leads to expertly guiding them through the closing process.   • Drive Growth Through a Structured Approach: You'll manage opportunities effectively through a well-defined sales process, utilizing Hubspot for accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Build Enduring Relationships: You'll cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers, navigating complexities and effectively overcoming roadblocks to drive deals to successful closure.
  • Collaborate for Client Success: You'll partner seamlessly with the dedicated Account Management and Support teams to ensure a smooth implementation and foster long-term adoption for new clients.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

  • You're a proven closer with 3+ years of demonstrable success in SaaS or EdTech sales, consistently exceeding targets.
  • You're a natural relationship builder, adept at consultative selling and establishing long-term partnerships built on trust.
  • You're comfortable and confident demoing software and clearly explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • You're a self-starter who thrives working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal guidance.
  • Your communication and interpersonal skills are exceptional, allowing you to build rapport and influence effectively.
  • You have hands-on experience using Hubspot and effectively managing a structured sales pipeline.

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada. The target On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this position is $200,000 CAD (50% base / 50% variable), offering significant earning potential for a high-achiever.
