Job summary

Botpress is hiring a full-cycle Account Executive for the North American market. You will own your number end to end—from sourcing to closing—with a dialer, CRM, and Solutions Engineer to support you.

You will build a pipeline, pursue outbound opportunities, and work with cross-functional teams to demonstrate Botpress's AI-first customer support platform. English proficiency is required for this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years closing in B2B SaaS with self-sourced pipeline.
• Experience selling to support CX or operations leaders is a strong plus.
• Comfortable speaking with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build your own pipeline—outbound into named accounts and nurture sign-ups and aged leads.
• Run full cycle from discovery to close.
• Multi-thread deals with buyer, ops lead, and technical stakeholder.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineering to prove platform against prospect's stack.
• Keep pipeline honest in HubSpot with accurate stages and next steps.
• Inform product direction by tracking industry trends.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and engineering to grow Botpress.
