Botpress is hiring a Business Development Representative to join our fast-growing sales team. You’ll own front of the pipeline, prospect into named accounts, and qualify opportunities for Account Executives.

This role focuses on Canada and the broader North American market, with a path to an Account Executive seat for high performers. You’ll engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, demonstrate value, and help shape Botpress’ growth strategy in enterprise AI-powered customer

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a BDR/SDR or full-cycle sales role at a B2B SaaS company.
• Proven track record of self-sourced pipeline; not just handed leads.
• Curious, driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup.

Responsibilities

• Prospect into named target accounts across email, phone, and LinkedIn.
• Mine sign-ups, product usage, and dormant leads to surface teams with real problems.
• Run first conversations to uncover business problems and set up meetings with Account Executives.
• Qualify and hand off meetings with context for next steps.
• Analyze and report on activity, pipeline, and conversions in the CRM.
• Provide market feedback to marketing, product, and engineering.
