Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job description

MetaOption LLC, a Microsoft BC / LS Gold Partner, is seeking a highly accomplished Account Executive to join their sales team. This is a remote position reporting directly to the VP of Sales and CX.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Vet and qualify all inbound leads and direct them to appropriate sales representatives.
  • Attend all discovery calls with sales reps to learn the sales process and assist in coordinating next steps as needed.
  • Create proposals and secure internal approvals once the new proposal process / template is finalized.
  • Manage inbound inquiries and seek assistance when necessary.
  • Update MS CRM for all sales activities.
  • Identify key market verticals for ERP sales through marketplace data analysis, follow up on sales lists, and perform proactive outbound outreach.
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand customer investments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Advocate for customer needs within the company, ensuring service excellence.

Required skills and experience :

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for presentations and activity tracking. Must be a self-starter capable of succeeding in a remote environment.
  • At least 3 years of experience in account management, sales, business development, or a similar role in software sales.
  • Strong follow-up skills and a process-oriented approach.
  • Familiarity with MS Dynamics 365 BC / LS, Power BI, MS NAV, or ERP solutions is a significant plus.
  • Ability to handle rejection and inconsistent responses professionally, maintaining a positive impression of MetaOption.

Note : There will be a 90-day probation period. Benefits will be provided after successful completion of this period.
