Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive located in Scarborough, ON. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating with various teams to ensure projects are completed to client satisfaction. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, preparing project proposals, negotiating contracts, and overseeing project progress. The Account Executive will work closely with the sales, marketing, and operational teams to meet company objectives and drive growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in client relationship management and account management
  • Skills in identifying new business opportunities and sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Organizational and multitasking skills
  • Knowledge in the construction and property maintenance industry is a plus
