Job summary

JAM CRM in Toronto is seeking an Account Executive to join a team of over 150 communication experts. You will manage multiple client projects, liaise with creative teams and clients, and leverage AI to speed up workflows.

This hybrid role requires in-office presence three days per week and a passion for advertising. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in advertising/agency settings, strong written and verbal communication, and may benefit from French language skills.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years’ experience in Advertising/Marketing communications and/or agency experience.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects with sharp attention to detail.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• French is an asset.
• Digital or Direct experience is an asset.
• Experience using AI to speed up and improve day-to-day work, with real examples.

Responsibilities

• Project management, including creative revisions, coordination of meetings, approvals and workback schedules.
• Liaising with creative teams and internal resources to ensure that projects are running smoothly and on time.
• Liaising with client and addressing day-to-day challenges and opportunities.
• Fostering positive client and internal relationships.
• Coordination and execution of general/miscellaneous requests in the daily running of the account.
• Developing a thorough understanding of Direct Mail and Email best practices.
• Ensuring all internal departments have all necessary information, materials and elements in a timely manner.
• Using your knowledge and skills to push clients, the team and the agency in the most productive direction.
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
