About the Account Executive role :

Float is looking for an exceptional Account Executive to join our growing sales team. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue at Float as we move up market. We are looking for someone who has proven and exceptional impact driving revenue in past sales roles and is eager to employ a consultative cooperative and solutionoriented strategy blending strategic insight with highly efficient .

As an Account Executive you will :

Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through the sales process from initial contact to close. Focus on adding value and providing strategic advice rather than just selling products or services.

Acquire and form relationships with new customers in the SMB range with 20200 employees.

Youll pursue both individual and team sales goals and consistently hit your monthly targets.

Prioritize and maintain pipelines while owning the sales cycle from start to finish from discovery to demo to negotiation to close.

Approach all deals with a customerobsessed mentality. Develop relationships and uncover the needs of multiple key stakeholders to find value moments.

Be the voice of the customer and work closely with our Marketing Product and Customer Success teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated customer experience. Provide feedback from the market to drive product innovation and improvement.

Work with the Finance teams of some of the fastest growing companies in Canada across a variety of industries.

Youll be great in this role if :

Youve got the experience. To be successful in this role were looking for at least 2 years of B2B techsales experience ideally in a highgrowth start up environment. You should also have experience in sales cycles with SMBs.

Youve got an understanding of the market. Youve worked with accounting / finance related products or have worked closely with finance leaders. Youre commercially minded business savvy and no stranger to an ROI mindset.

Youre resultsdriven. You have a reputation for exceeding your goals and sales targets and are motivated by new challenges. Youre willing to make tough decisions to achieve broader business goals and outcomes.

Youre an outstanding communicator. You know how to cater your communication to your audience to gain buyin and build commitment with customers. When pitching ideas you are confident clear and organized in your delivery. You have impeccable writing and speaking skills and can effortlessly connect with any team in an organization.

Youre empathetic and approachable. You quickly build rapport and credibility with prospective customers and people are naturally drawn to you. You are a skilled listener who is able to understand and synthesize diverse perspectives and opinions. Youre customer obsessed; translating customer needs into product offerings is your speciality.

Youre adaptable and resilient. You thrive in a fastpaced environment move quickly and know how to pivot when faced with objections. Finding creative ways to problem solve and work through obstacles is fun for you. You also know when to slow down and be strategic and thoughtful.

Youre an owner. You set a high bar for yourself and others and enjoy fostering a culture of excellence and tenacity. Youre eager to rollup your sleeves to get building and create immediate impact.
