ADP is hiring a strategic Account Executive, Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO). This is an outside sales role and it is hybrid. You will spend a couple of days a week in the office and have in-person meetings with small, local business owners. You will be selling ADP's comprehensive HR solutions.

This role involves closing sales within a defined territory, attending training, and working with both new and existing clients to sell HR solutions. You will build relationships with HR and executive decision-makers, set appointments, and assess client needs to present suitable ADP solutions.

You will manage multiple sales processes, document progress, and see deals through from initiation to implementation. Successful salespeople will enjoy industry-leading compensation, benefits, incentive trips, and awards. Leadership supports career growth through ongoing sales training.

Responsibilities

A college degree is preferred but not required. Equivalent experience includes:
