Join to apply for the Account Executive role at CDI Spaces.

The perfect job for someone looking to join a winning team! We’re seeking a self-motivated individual with outstanding energy who is excited to connect with customers. The successful candidate will work directly with our sales team in Edmonton and travel throughout Northern Alberta to build relationships with existing clients and meet new ones.

Your Day-to-day Activities Will Include
  1. Developing and building relationships with customers.
  2. Measuring rooms, sketching out dimensions, and gathering requirements.
  3. Delivering materials and sales information to customers.
  4. Participating in meetings with buyers and principals to discuss services and solutions, and build rapport.
  5. Building ongoing relationships with school boards.
  6. Coordinating with in-house designers to create project solutions.
  7. Following up regularly with clients.
  8. Collaborating with customer service and design teams.
  9. Participating in sales events and shows.
  10. Traveling throughout Northern Alberta.
  11. Performing other duties as required.

Qualifications And Skills
  1. High School Diploma.
  2. 5+ years of experience in a sales role.
  3. Class Five driver’s license.
  4. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  5. Proficiency with MS Office and collaboration software.
  6. Ability to build lasting relationships with customers, vendors, and team members.
  7. Experience with Educational Furniture Purchasing/Quoting is an asset.
  8. Design background or understanding is considered an asset.
