Key Responsibilities

  1. Build relationships with senior-level clients (C-level, Directors, VPs)
  2. Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to develop proposals
  3. Communicate solutions effectively through presentations, proposals, and correspondence
  4. Develop and execute account plans, creating compelling business solutions
  5. Keep updated on IT industry trends, solutions, and strategies
  6. Identify decision-makers and influence their actions
  7. Research to inform sales strategies and create advantages
  8. Use effective questioning and listening to guide sales cycles
  9. Collaborate across teams to fulfill responsibilities
  10. Engage vendors for joint opportunities and revenue growth

Sales Targets

  1. Exceed sales targets for products and services in revenue and margin
  2. Generate pipeline through outbound calls, meetings, and proposals
  3. Expand Compugen market share in the mid-market
  4. Create and close new opportunities with clients

Skills & Qualifications

  1. 5-10+ years in technology sales with a strong track record in IT services
  2. Experience establishing relationships with executives (C-level, VP, Director)
  3. Commitment to continuous learning about technology and our offerings
  4. Experience with governance and account strategy
  5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  6. Ability to think tactically and strategically
  7. Team-oriented with effective collaboration skills
  8. Strong LinkedIn profile
