Qualifications

• Experience in automotive aftermarket, outside sales, or customer service preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to grow existing accounts, execute sales plans, and identify new opportunities.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, pricing, promotions, and account management.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Call on installers to sell NAPA auto parts and programs, collaborating with regional and corporate teams.
• Implement sales development plans and support district and regional strategies for marketing programs.
• Collaborate with District Sales Manager and Store managers to grow business with existing customers.
• Gather market intelligence and report service or product issues to store managers and district sales manager.
• Make pricing recommendations on accounts and assist in collections and ensuring buying conditions.
