Job summary

CMAX Paint & Body in Winnipeg is seeking an Account Development Specialist to build and maintain relationships with collision repair shops, body shops, and related businesses, promoting our paint and body products and programs.

You will work with regional and district teams to implement sales development plans, gather market intelligence, and help grow business within your assigned territory while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Strong paint & body knowledge or capacity to learn.

Responsibilities

• Call on collision repair shops, body shops, and related businesses to sell CMAX Paint & Body products and programs.
• Implement sales development plans and support District and Regional strategies and objectives regarding the deployment of marketing programs and promotions.
• Collaborate with the District Sales Manager and Store Managers to develop sales development plans for growing business with existing customers in their assigned territory.
• Gather market intelligence and report service or product issues to assigned Store Managers and the District Sales Manager.
• Make pricing recommendations on accounts and assist in collections while ensuring accounts adhere to buying conditions.

Job description

The Account Development Specialist is the image, face, and voice of CMAX Paint & Body. You are accountable for building and maintaining quality business relationships with existing and new customers by implementing National, Regional and District-level sales development initiatives and promoting CMAX Paint & Body products, services, and programs. The ADS contributes to keeping CMAX Paint & Body abreast of customer behavior, competitive threats, and market trends. You will participate in the development and refinement of sales development initiatives at the district level.

This is a regular full-time position and is located in Winnipeg.
