Job summary

Amgen in Alberta seeks an Account Development Representative for General Medicine to call on physicians and allied health professionals, expanding the use of Amgen products in the territory.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and sales experience in Alberta, preferably in inflammation. You will develop territory plans, deliver branded sales messages, and work with cross-functional teams to optimize patient access and reimbursement processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, based in Calgary or Edmonton.
• Sales experience in the inflammation market is a significant asset.
• Ability to build relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Contact physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop business in Alberta.
• Achieve monthly sales objectives and maximize market share vs. competitors.
• Write and implement territory business plans and develop innovative programs.
• Respond to customer needs, manage reimbursement issues, and support fulfillment.
• Collaborate with internal partners (MSL, Marketing Patient Access Navigator, Key Accounts).
