Job summary

Berlin Packaging Canada Corporation (BPCC) is seeking an Account Coordinator to support account management, pricing initiatives, and onboarding across multiple SKUs. You will collaborate with sales, supply chain, and related teams to ensure on-time delivery and accurate pricing.

The role requires 2+ years in account support, strong project management, and excellent communication. Hybrid work model with comprehensive health and benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in an account support role with a customer-centric mindset.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Ability to complete tasks and solve problems with limited guidance and direction.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all accounts and act as liaison between Berlin Packaging and its customers.
• Review, track, and manage internal activities from order placement to delivery; ensure effective communication.
• Serve as project manager for new customer launches; coordinate with sales and supply chain to meet timelines and specs.
• Process customer invoices and conduct soft collections as needed.
• Prepare and review reports; maintain CRM data; develop pricing and quotes with sales.
