Stephen Thomas Ltd (ST) is a full-service marketing and fundraising agency dedicated to helping our clients raise more money. Right now, we are looking for a full time Account Coordinator.

Working exclusively with non-profit clients you, along with your ST teammates, become your client’s partner. Your role is to help clients deliver against their own campaign objectives, and in doing so make sure they look good within their own organization because of their working relationship with ST.

You will team up with your ST Account Team to provide flawless day-to-day delivery of campaigns for your clients. By working efficiently and productively, you will contribute to a positive team environment.

Core Responsibilities
  • Create and adhere to the critical path for all project details
  • Coordinate project details with their client counterparts and internal departments to ensure that all projects adhere to the project critical path and budget
  • Update status reports, organize meetings and brief the account team prior to status meetings with the client
  • Build a relationship with client counterparts, ensure the quality of service is unsurpassed
  • Take and circulate meeting minutes, as required, in client and internal meetings
  • Research client background for each project’s creative brief
  • Arrange interviews and meetings with team, client and project art directors
  • Ensure that all written and art copies meet client specifications at each stage of the project
  • Organize and maintain client files , invoice files
Education & Experience

1 to 3 years’ experience in direct mail and/or digital, brand and/or integrated campaigns

Fundraising/Marketing certificate or courses an asset

  • Experience in marketing agency or fundraising preferred
  • Basic knowledge of direct or digital marketing and print production or desire to learn
  • Experience with project coordination and budgets
  • Organized and able to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong client service orientation
  • Writing, editing, and proofreading ability
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Energetic, collaborative, proactive and positive self-starter
  • Experience with file and record management
  • Analytical and problem solving capabilityDetail oriented
  • Ability to work independently but also with a team
  • High proficiency in Word and Excel
  • Demonstrated commitment to the not-for-profit sector
