Job summary

OSL Retail Services is hiring Hybrid Account Specialists to drive Bell Canada services to residents in multi-dwelling units. You’ll build relationships with property stakeholders and use marketing strategies to grow sales, while maintaining a top customer experience.

Qualifications

• Sales, Customer Service, and/or Marketing experience is an asset.
• Reliable access to personal vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends and frequent travel within the region.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with building stakeholders to present Bell services.
• Drive Bell service sales to residents in apartments/condos using various marketing approaches.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience as an ambassador of the Bell brand.
• Use Salesforce CRM to support territory and funnel management.
