Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for an Access Support Specialist. This position offers a valuable entry point into banking operations, focusing on access provisioning and support within a collaborative environment. The role involves supporting internal teams by provisioning and troubleshooting access to finance applications, ensuring operational efficiency and maintaining high standards of service.

Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60/hr – $21.46/hr

Responsibilities

• Provision and de-provision access to various finance applications
• Troubleshoot access issues after training completion
• Collaborate with internal teams to support operational effectiveness
• Ensure all processes meet established service level goals
• Maintain accurate documentation of access requests and transactions
• Follow audit and process guidelines to support compliance
• Recognize and elevate risks proactively
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements

Desired Skill-Set

• MS Office experience, particularly Excel and Word (VLOOKUPs a plus)
• Strong communication skills for effective internal and external interactions
• Tech-savvy with quick adaptability to new systems and software
• Powerapp experience (using and running)
• Ability to handle high volumes of work within strict deadlines
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have

• Access provisioning experience
• Knowledge of global platforms such as Global and WSS
• Familiarity with trade processing operations, especially cash products like loans, deposits, swaps, and forwards
• Experience with MM and FX products (options, FX spots and forwards, money market deposits/loans)
