Job summary

goeasy is a leading Canadian consumer lender hiring a User Access Management Analyst for a 12-month contract in Mississauga. You will manage daily provisioning, onboarding/offboarding, RBAC-based access, and SLA-driven tasks to ensure a Day 1 Ready experience.

The role involves high-volume ticket handling, audits, and collaboration with HR, IT Security, and Audit teams to maintain controls and incident response. Flexible onsite three days per week is offered.

Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years of experience in User Access Management, Service Desk, or IT Operations.
  • Strong understanding of user lifecycle (Joiner/Mover/Leaver) and RBAC.

Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day access provisioning, modifications, and deprovisioning for employees across multiple business units.
  • Ensure new hires are provisioned within defined SLAs for Day 1 readiness.
  • Execute timely termination processes with verification of access removal.
  • Support RBAC updates and entitlement changes across systems.
  • Adhere to least privilege and SoD principles when granting access.
  • Validate approvals and conduct access verification before processing requests.
  • Support quarterly access reviews and entitlement certifications for audits.
  • Maintain audit-ready ticket documentation and evidence of controls.

As anUser Access Management Analyst (12-month contract), you will be hands-on for the daily User Access Management (UAM) operational activities, including thetimelyon-boarding, off-boarding, and branch transfers system access.

What will you be doing?
  • Perform day-to-day access provisioning, modifications, and deprovisioning for employees across multiple business units (EFS, easyhome, NSSC, LendCare, and corporate).
  • Ensure all new hires are provisioned within defined SLAs to support a “Day 1 Ready” experience.
  • Execute timely and accurate termination processes, includingmandatory manual verification of access removal in critical systems.
  • Support transfers, role changes, and entitlement updates aligned to role based access control (RBAC) models.
  • Adhere toleast privilege and segregation of duties (SoD)principles when granting access.
  • Validate approvals and conduct access verification before processing requests.
  • Supportquarterly access reviews and entitlement certifications to meet audit and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls (e.g., Bill 198) and audit standards.
  • Participate in quality assurance (QA) processes, including ticket reviews and audit validations.
  • Manage and resolve IAM-related incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.
  • Partner with Service Desk (Tier 1) to resolve escalations and improve first-call resolution.
  • Maintain high-quality ticket documentation, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness.
  • Perform end-of-week validation of tickets and ensure process adherence.
  • Identify opportunities toautomate access provisioning and lifecycle workflows
  • Contribute to improving the UAM service catalogue, access matrices, and provisioning standards.
  • Partner withHR, IT Security, Audit, and business stakeholdersto support access-related processes and controls.
  • Collaborate with End User Operations (EUO) and other teams on shared responsibilities (e.g., device provisioning, M365 lifecycle).
  • Follow processes and adhere to corporate policies when completing user requests and resolving their access issues.
  • Investigate and perform verification to ensure the appropriate approvals are in place before completing any access requests.
  • Follow the Role Base Access Controls (RBAC) model established by the IT Security team to provide the appropriate access rights to the appropriate applications and servers.
What experience do you have?
  • Experience with IAM automation (e.g., Okta lifecycle management, provisioning workflows).
  • Exposure to access governance, audit, or compliance processes.
  • 2–5+ years of experience in User Access Management, Service Desk, or IT Operations.
  • Strong understanding of:
    • User lifecycle management (Joiner/Mover/Leaver)
    • RBAC and access control models
  • Experience working in a high-volume ticketing environment with SLA targets.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for access-related issues.
  • Experience supporting web-based and enterprise applications.

We offer a Flexible Work Program that provides you the ability towork three days onsite per week, from our Mississauga office.

$56,000.00 – $70,000.00 CAD(includes base salary only)
