Securiguard Services Ltd. is seeking a Casual security guard for our data center site in Guelph, ON. Immediate start with day or night shifts; full time, part time, or casual.

Pay rate listed as $19.14 per hour, with opportunities for paid training and overtime in a supportive environment. Requirements include a valid Security Guard license, First Aid/CPR, and at least 1 year of experience, plus strong communication and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Valid Security Guard License and First Aid/CPR certificate.

• Ability to stand, sit and walk for extended periods.
• CCTV monitoring experience is an asset.

Position Details

Pay Rate: $19.14

Shift Time: Days or nights - full time/Part time/Casual

Experience And Qualifications

• Valid Security Guard License
• Minimum of 1-year of experience as a Security Guard
• Valid First Aid/CPR certificate
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Must be able to stand, sit and walk for extended periods
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• CCTV monitoring experience in a control room setting considered an asset
• Experience with access card programming considered an asset
• Experience with alarm monitoring is considered an asset
• Experience in responding to emergency situations considered an asset
