The University of Saskatchewan is seeking an Academic Records and Credentials Assistant in Registrarial Services to support electronic digital credentials platforms and academic history operations.

Summary: The academic records and credentials assistant supports electronic digital credentials platforms and academic history operations. This role handles platform inquiries, processes manual grade adjustments and faculty actions, supports parchment production, and responds to student and faculty inquiries. This position supports the department by coordinating processes, resolving issues, and maintaining the accuracy of academic records. Additionally, the assistant collaborates with coordinators and other university units while maintaining confidentiality and supporting continuous improvement in processes.

Salary: The salary range, based on 1.0 FTE, is $24.74 - 31.37 per hour. The starting salary will be commensurate with education and experience.
