Job summary

University of Toronto in Toronto is seeking an Academic Change Specialist to oversee the creation, review and closure of academic programs and units within the Quality Assurance process across undergraduate and graduate levels.

You will coordinate confidential correspondence, advise senior leadership, and liaise with the Provost’s Office and external partners to align policy and norms with university goals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum five years’ related experience in a university environment.
• Strong knowledge of undergraduate and graduate program structures and governance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support confidential activities related to creation, review and closure of academic programs across the University.
• Coordinate expert advice on academic change and liaise with senior administrators and external partners.
