Job summary

Skyservice Dorval, QC is seeking an experienced Avionics Technician to perform avionics tasks in hangar or ramp environments. You will lead major inspections and supervise junior technicians while ensuring documentation and certification compliance.

Candidates should have five+ years of related avionics experience, a recognized avionics program in progress, and regional familiarity. TC E license is an asset; relocation and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years related avionics experience.
  • In the process of completing a recognized avionics program or equivalent.
  • Experience on business aircraft is an asset.
  • Valid Transport Canada E license is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Perform and ensure proper completion of avionics activities for customers in hangar or on ramp.
  • Lead major inspections and guide junior technicians and apprentices.
  • Ensure aircraft documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Ensure installed components are properly certified.
  • Follow avionics control manuals and Transport Canada standards.
  • Attend training courses as directed and follow Safety Management System.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
