Job summary

Skyservice in Dorval, QC is seeking a Supervisor, Avionics to lead maintenance, repair and overhaul activities for business aviation aircraft. The role oversees scheduling, production, QA documentation, tooling, and safety initiatives while coordinating with coordinators, crew chiefs, QA and safety teams.

The ideal candidate holds a TC AME Category E license with 8+ years in avionics production support, and has experience with OEM avionics and TC approvals.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Program or equivalent.
• Valid Transport Canada AME License, Category E.
• Experience with TC approvals (STC/SSTC/ADs) and TC-related engineering.
• Experience with avionics modification projects and OEM products.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and in a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate avionics maintenance activities for Business Aviation aircraft.
• Schedule manpower and avionics projects with coordinators.
• Supervise production with crew chiefs.
• Ensure complete and correct aircraft documentation with QA.
• Verify tooling, equipment, and parts availability.
• Review customer and transient invoices as needed.

# Supervisor, AvionicsSkyserviceDorval, Quebec8 days agoJob descriptionJob Purpose:The Supervisor, Avionics will be responsible to supervise functions assigned in the service, repair and overhaul of aircraft and aircraft components, parts, and accessories in accordance with company policies and procedures, regulatory compliance, and report any discrepancies to the appropriate entity.
