York Catholic District School Board (YCDSB) is seeking an ABA Associate to support students with social, emotional and behavioural needs under qualified supervision. The role focuses on implementing approved ABA programming and collecting data to measure progress, while collaborating with school teams and families.
The position requires post-graduate ABA training and 2–3 years of experience with children and youth, including developing and following behaviour plans and training others.

Reporting to the Manager of ABA and Behaviour Resource Services, the ABA Associate works under the direction of qualified Behaviour Analysts to implement approved ABA programming in support of students experiencing social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties.
