Job summary

Bath Depot – Vaughan is seeking a Key Holder to join our team at the Vaughan store. You will help lead a frontline team, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service while building lasting customer relationships.

As a Key Holder, you will support daily operations, guide training, and contribute to merchandising and store standards. Available to work days, evenings, and weekends in a fast-growing, family-owned Canadian retailer.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in retail sales (preferred).

Responsibilities

Additional Compensation

Daily Responsibilities

• Meet established sales targets
• Assist the Store Manager in daily operations

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year in retail sales (preferred)

• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in sales or team management

• Possesses solid organizational and planning skills
• High school diploma is considered an asset
