You will monitor water chemistry, perform inspections, and collaborate with production and maintenance teams while adhering to TSASK and GMPs.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain boilers and auxiliary equipment
Monitor boiler water chemistry and RO water systems
Maintain wastewater, fire protection, and compressed air systems
Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
Complete inspections, logbooks, and maintenance records
Ensure compliance with TSASK regulations, GMPs, food safety, and company policies
Maintain a clean, safe work environment
Work collaboratively with production and maintenance teams

Qualifications

Valid 4th Class Power Engineering Certificate
Knowledge of steam plants and strong mechanical aptitude
Comfortable working with treatment chemicals
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Able to work independently, at heights, in confined spaces, and in all weather conditions
Available for 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
Able to work in a grain processing environment with exposure to grain dust and allergens
