Key Responsibilities

• Proper food preparation and presentation, adhering strictly to food safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
• Perform all duties safely and responsibly.
• Follow departmental quality standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

What You Bring

• Secondary school diploma or at least one year of related experience.
• Safe food handling certification and knife skills.
• Ability to obtain registration as a Category 2 Gaming Assistant with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario.
• Proven high-level customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in hot, cold, and humid environments.
