We are looking for a Sales/Recruitment Account Manager who can effectively bring in new business, manage existing clients, and recruit/engage placement candidates. Our permanent placement division specializes in positions within operations, maintenance, manufacturing, equipment/machinery, and construction. In this role, you will be expected to contact new and existing clients by phone, and utilize video conferencing to connect with clients and perform needs assessments with recruiters from your team. You will be measured by your ability to follow the sales/account management process, qualify leads, and effectively engage team members who will support the delivery and management of candidates for various recruitment/placement projects happening at any given time. You will also engage and recruit placement candidates when required. You will be expected to properly use the CRM and be effective in writing succinct and professional emails.

This is a base salary plus commission role. We offer a flexible schedule, extended benefits, and holiday time. Base salary $40-60k per annum depending on experience (no draw), with total earnings $80-120k depending on performance.
Requirements
The successful candidate will be interviewed twice, perform a personality assessment, and successfully complete a thorough reference check.
