Job summary

Wallace Hind LLP is sourcing a 360 Operator for a brand new housing site in Alconbury (PE28). The role runs ~3–4 months on a CIS payroll at £23/hour, commencing Monday 28th September 2026. Hours are 7:30–16:30 (9 hours/day).

CPCS/NPORS card for >10 tonnes and PPE are required; UTR – CIS payments apply. You will be paid via Quest Pay Solutions by CIS. Alconbury site requires strong team communication and the ability to follow instructions on a housing project.

Qualifications

• Experience as a 360 operator on housing sites.
• CPCS or NPORS card required for over 10 tonnes.
• UTR – CIS payments applies to payroll.

Responsibilities

• Operate 360 excavator on a new housing site.
• Follow site instructions and work safely on site.
• Adhere to hours: 7:30–16:30 and total 9 hours per day.

My client is starting a brand new housing site in Alconbury on Monday 28th September and we arel ooking for a 360 Operator for around 3-4 months, maybe longer dependant on plot release.

HOURLY RATE :

£23 per hour – CIS

JOB DESCRIPTION :

As a 360 Operator you will be working on a new housing site doing plot works You will need a CPCS / NPORS Card for over 10 tonne.

• Previous housing experience
• Can communicate and work well with others on site and follow instruction
• Knowledge of the 360 machine
