Job summary

CBM Ready-Mix, a division of VCNA, is seeking a 310T Truck & Coach Mechanic based in Cambridge to maintain and repair our fleet of commercial vehicles. You will perform inspections, diagnose issues, enter service records, and keep parts inventory up to date.

You’ll work with a safety-focused team on day shifts, receive tools and boot allowances, and enjoy benefits through the union pension plan. Applicants must have or be pursuing a 310T certificate and have reliable transportation to site.

Qualifications

• Safety oriented team player.
• Currently possess or working towards your 310T certificate of qualification.
• Ability to learn and share repair related knowledge.
• Ability to work independently where required.
• A means of transportation to work location.
• Own a basic set of hand & power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled inspections, preventative maintenance, repairs and service calls.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair all vehicle systems.
• Enter repair and parts information into the electronic maintenance system.
• Actively maintain the parts inventory and shop supplies levels.
• Other duties as assigned.

CBM Ready-Mix is seeking a 310T Truck & Coach Mechanic, based in Cambridge.

This position is a permanent full-time vacancy.

Hourly rate: $40.65 - $42.65
