Job summary
TST-CF Express in Mississauga is hiring experienced and licensed 310T Mechanics for our Mississauga Terminal. The role offers a $7,500 signing bonus, wages increased to $42.12 per hour, and a straight morning shift Monday to Friday.

Qualifications
- Valid 310T Mechanic License.
- Minimum 2–3 years of mechanic experience.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Valid G Class Driver’s License.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with electronic work orders.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused mindset.
- Clean criminal record and bondable status.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, and repair tractors and trailers to Ministry standards.
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections.
- Troubleshoot electrical, air, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
- Complete electronic work orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure all repairs meet company safety and compliance standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work closely with the shop team to minimize downtime.
- Identify and report safety concerns or non-compliance issues.
- Follow all company policies and Occupational Health & Safety regulations.
