Job summary

Graphic Transportation Services Inc. in Brampton is seeking an experienced 310T Licensed Truck & Fleet Mechanic for a day shift. You will perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on our fleet to keep vehicles safe and road-ready.

The role offers $42-$50/hour based on experience plus a $500 tool allowance and comprehensive benefits. You will mentor apprentices and work with a team that values safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• 310T certification is required
• 3-5 years of trade experience
• Proven mechanical abilities in hydraulics and electrical systems
• G Class driver's licence required
• Experience with schematics and diagnostics
• Ability and willingness to coach apprentices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with PC and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine diagnostics and maintenance on fleet assets
• Perform inspections according to regulations and industry specs
• Review driver inspection reports and complete repairs
• Road test vehicles and diagnose vehicle systems and components
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
• Stay current with advances in vehicle repair technologies
• Complete work orders in TMW and maintain repair records
• Monitor parts inventory and replenish as needed
• Coach and mentor Apprentices
• Follow safety policies and keep a clean, safe workspace
• Perform other duties as assigned
