Motor Coach Industries is seeking a Field Service Technician to operate on-site in the Greater Toronto Area, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, performing retrofits and campaigns, and managing reporting and logistics to meet customer expectations.
Must have 310T certification with 5+ years in transit/coach work, PLC troubleshooting, and proficiency with Cummins Insite, Allison DOC, and Wabco Toolbox; travel to the United States for training is required.
As a Field Service Technician, you will be an onsite mobile technician, traveling within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) under the guidance of the Regional Product Support Manager to troubleshoot and repair equipment, perform retrofits and campaigns, and efficiently manage all computer-based reporting and job logistics, with the goal of exceeding customer expectations while supporting broader company objectives.
