Job summary

WESSUC INC. in Brant, ON is seeking a 310T Apprentice (Level 1–3) for a straight day shift. You will learn to maintain and repair a company-owned fleet, working alongside experienced technicians to diagnose issues and perform preventive maintenance.

You’ll gain experience on a diverse range of vehicles and equipment, learn diagnostic tools, and contribute to a safe, organized shop environment with clear wage progression.

Qualifications

• Registered or eligible 310T apprentice (Level 1-3).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Reliable, safety-focused, and motivated.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We’re looking for a 310T Apprentice (Level 1–3) to join our team on a straight day shift. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn to maintain and repair a company-owned fleet, working alongside experienced technicians. You will:

• Assist with diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues;
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections;
• Support brake, suspension, and component repairs;
• Learn to use diagnostic software and tools;
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop.

You’ll gain experience on a wide range of equipment, including vacuum trucks, highway trucks and tractors, trailers and light-duty vehicles, and agricultural equipment, pumps, and engines.

About You

• Registered or eligible 310T apprentice (Level 1-3);
