Job summary

WESSUC INC in Brant, ON is seeking a 310T Apprentice (Level 1–3) to join our hands‑on shop. You will learn to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues while maintaining a company‑owned fleet, under the guidance of experienced technicians.

Gain experience on vacuum trucks, highway rigs, trailers, and agricultural equipment, with a clear wage progression and stable, year‑round work. A safety‑m First approach and a positive attitude are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Registered or eligible 310T apprentice (Level 1-3) or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with a readiness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools, and safety mindset.
• Reliable, safety‑focused and motivated with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assist with diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on fleet assets.
• Support brake, suspension and component repairs as needed.
• Learn to use diagnostic software and tools in a shop setting.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment.

About the Role

We’re looking for a 310T Apprentice (Level 1–3) to join our team on a straight day shift. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll learn to maintain and repair a company‑owned fleet, working alongside experienced technicians. You will:

• Assist with diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues;
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections;
• Support brake, suspension, and component repairs;
• Learn to use diagnostic software and tools;
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop.

You’ll gain experience on a wide range of equipment, including vacuum trucks, highway trucks and tractors, trailers and light‑duty vehicles, and agricultural equipment, pumps, and engines.

About You

• Registered or eligible 310T apprentice (Level 1-3);
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn;
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools;
• Reliable, safety-focused, and motivated;
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
