Job summary

All-Equip Repair is seeking a 310T Apprentice to join our on-site shop in St. Marys, Ontario. You will learn from experienced technicians while performing maintenance and diagnostics on heavy trucks, trailers, and tractors.

This full-time role offers a day shift, on-site work, and a competitive hourly rate of $24-$36, plus Extended Health Care, Dental, and RRSP contributions. Overtime is available.

Qualifications

The Opportunity

All‑Equip Repair & Service is a growing family‑run business that provides a positive work environment and the opportunity to expand your experience and knowledge within the industry. We are currently looking for a 310T Apprentice to join our team.

This role offers hands‑on experience across heavy trucks, trailers, and tractors, with mentorship from experienced technicians and exposure to a wide range of diagnostic and repair tasks.

Work Arrangement: Full‑Time, Fully On‑site, Monday to Friday, day shift depending on production needs. This is hands‑on assembly work in a busy manufacturing environment.

Compensation:

This is a hourly position paying $24-$36/hr depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including Extended Health Care, Dental, and RRSP contributions. Overtime is available for those who want it.

The Role

As a 310T Apprentice, you’ll support the repair and maintenance of heavy trucks, trailers, and tractors. You’ll perform inspections, diagnostics, and general repairs while learning from experienced technicians. You’ll also help maintain shop organization and support additional duties as needed.

In a typical week, you’ll move between preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair tasks, and shop upkeep — gaining experience across a wide range of equipment.
