All-Equip Repair is seeking a 310T Apprentice in Ontario, Canada, for hands‑on repair of heavy trucks, trailers, and tractors. You will work under experienced technicians, perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs, and help keep the shop organized.

This is full‑time, on‑site work with a day shift. This role offers mentorship in diagnostics and repairs, with overtime available and benefits including extended health care and dental.

Qualifications

• Currently living in Canada.
• 310T Apprentice.
• Dedicated and reliable.
• Able to function well in a physically demanding environment.
• Willing to work extra hours when required (customers depend on their trucks being back on the road).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Strong organizational abilities — prioritization, multitasking, timelines, and time management.
• Able to set personal timelines and self‑manage work to stay on schedule.
• Ability to work both independent and as part of a team.
• Physically capable of working in a fast‑paced shop environment.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Detail‑oriented with a quality‑first mindset.

This role offers hands‑on experience across heavy trucks, trailers, and tractors, with mentorship from experienced technicians and exposure to a wide range of diagnostic and repair tasks.

Work Arrangement:

Full‑Time, Fully On‑site, Monday to Friday, day shift depending on production needs. This is hands‑on assembly work in a busy manufacturing environment.

Compensation:

This is a hourly position paying $24-$36/hr depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including Extended Health Care, Dental, and RRSP contributions. Overtime is available for those who want it.

The Role:

As a 310T Apprentice, you’ll support the repair and maintenance of heavy trucks, trailers, and tractors. You’ll perform inspections, diagnostics, and general repairs while learning from experienced technicians. You’ll also help maintain shop organization and support additional duties as needed.

In a typical week, you’ll move between preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair tasks, and shop upkeep — gaining experience across a wide range of equipment.
