Job summary

WESSUC INC. in Brantford, Ontario, is seeking a 310T Apprentice (Level 1–3) for a straight day shift. This hands-on role will have you learning to maintain and repair a company-owned fleet alongside experienced technicians.

You will diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, perform preventative maintenance, support brake and suspension work, learn to use diagnostic software, and keep a clean, safe shop. Level 1–3 wage progression starts at $26/hr and rises to $38/hr with 40 hours per week

Qualifications

• Registered or eligible 310T apprentice (Level 1-3).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Reliable, safety-focused, and motivated.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We’re looking for a 310T Apprentice (Level 1–3) to join our team on a straight day shift. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll learn to maintain and repair a company‑owned fleet, working alongside experienced technicians. You will:

• Assist with diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues;
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections;
• Support brake, suspension, and component repairs;
• Learn to use diagnostic software and tools;
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop.

You’ll gain experience on a wide range of equipment, including vacuum trucks, highway trucks and tractors, trailers and light‑duty vehicles, and agricultural equipment, pumps, and engines.
