Job summary

GFL Environmental Inc. is seeking a dedicated 310T Maintenance Apprentice to join our fleet maintenance team.

You will work alongside licensed technicians to inspect, repair, and maintain our heavy‑duty fleet while earning hours toward your 310T license. You will receive competitive hourly pay with milestone-based increases, a comprehensive benefits package, and apprenticeship support including tool allowances and mentorship from journeypersons.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active 310T apprentice registration or enrolled in pre-apprenticeship.
• Solid mechanical aptitude and understanding of heavy vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed 310T technicians with routine maintenance and repairs on heavy-duty fleet.
• Learn troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, brake, suspension, and electrical systems.
