Kia Stouffville is hiring a 310S-Licensed Technician to join our high-volume shop. The successful candidate must have Kia or Hyundai experience and 3–5 years of hands-on automotive repair experience.

We offer a starting wage of $37.00 per hour, scaling up to $45.00 per hour based on experience and productivity, plus a signing bonus for qualified EV Master Technicians, health and dental benefits, and stable hours.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on automotive repair experience.
• Strong diagnostic, electrical, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset.
• Fluent in English, written and verbal communication.
• Kia or Hyundai factory training experience is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and mechanical diagnostics on Kia vehicles and other makes.
• Repair and replace major components including engines, transmissions, drivetrains, electrical systems, brakes, and suspension.
• Complete scheduled maintenance services, inspections, and tune-ups.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with service advisors regarding vehicle condition and repair recommendations.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and manufacturer shop standards.
