Randstad Canada is seeking a licensed 310J Trailer Mechanic for a top-tier heavy transport and custom trailer manufacturer in the Durham Region, ON. This full-time, permanent role is based in Oshawa with a day shift from Monday to Friday and early finishes on Fridays.
You will install, inspect, and troubleshoot air brake systems, suspensions, axles, and 12V electrical harnesses on custom trailers and live-bottom equipment, including welding touch-ups and pad fabrication.
Location: Oshawa / Durham Region, ON. Shift: Day Shift (Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM; Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM). Full‑time, Permanent. We are recruiting a licensed 310J Trailer Mechanic for a top‑tier heavy transport and custom trailer manufacturer in the Durham Region.
This is not a high‑turnover fleet oil‑change shop.
You will handle full‑scope mechanical buildouts, pneumatic/hydraulic system installations, and structural repairs on custom commercial trailers and heavy equipment.
