Job summary

Merit Ontario in Ontario, Canada is seeking an Electrical Apprentice through Influx Electric to gain hands-on experience on commercial and residential projects. The role requires a basic tool set, at least 2 years of apprentice experience, and a strong willingness to learn and follow safety codes.

You will assist journeyman electricians, read blueprints, and maintain sites, while benefiting from mentorship and exposure to diverse projects within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as an electrical apprentice.
• Enrollment in or completion of an electrical apprenticeship program.
• Must own a set of basic electrical tools and be competent in using them.
• Basic knowledge of commercial and residential electrical systems.
• Strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow directions and work well in a team setting.
• Familiarity with electrical codes and safety practices.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred).
