Job summary

Entripy Custom Clothing in Oakville, Ontario, seeks an Afternoon (2nd shift) Production Supervisor to run the floor from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. You’ll oversee Screen Print, Heat Transfer, Embroidery and Logistics, leading the 2nd shift and reporting to the Chief Operating Officer.

You will execute the day’s plan, redeploy staff when needed, maintain safety and quality, and deliver clear handovers. This is an in-office role with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in manufacturing/production.
• Hands-on experience in at least one decoration method (screen printing, embroidery, or heat transfer).
• Ability to execute a production plan across multiple departments.
• Able to work 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; capable of final on-shift decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and develop all 2nd shift staff across four departments.
• Set the pace and hold the team to daily targets and quality standards.
• Build across-trained teams with backup coverage.
• Collaborate with HR on hiring, onboarding, attendance and discipline for 2nd shift.
• Execute the production plan and manage handover to the next shift.
• Redeploy staff and re-sequence work to protect commitments; report deviations.
• Ensure accurate logistics - picks, packs, staging and shipping on schedule.
• Document end-of-shift handover with clear accountability.
