Lakeridge Health Corporation is hiring Registered Practical Nurses in Oshawa for a temporary full-time position in Oncology/Nephrology. You will be responsible for patient assessments and administering treatments under the direction of healthcare professionals.
The ideal candidate will possess a Registered Practical Nurse Diploma, experience with Nephrology patients, and demonstrate solid communication and problem-solving skills. A commitment to safety and inclusion is essential.

According to the updated standards and current scope of practice as set out by the College of Nurses of Ontario and the policies of Lakeridge Health, you will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for patients whose conditions are stabilized; administer treatments as ordered by physicians and assigned by Patient Care Manager or Patient Care Specialist; observe and enforce infection control principles and aseptic techniques required; and other related duties as assigned.
The terms and conditions of employment are in accordance with the Collective Agreement between the Hospital and C.U.P.E Local 6364.
