Join NSLC as an HR Business Partner, where you'll support business leaders in delivering people plans and enhancing workplace relationships. With a focus on coaching, engagement, and compliance, you'll play a vital role in shaping the HR landscape within the organization. Ideal candidates will have a postgraduate qualification in HR and extensive experience in both unionized and non-unionized environments.
Reporting to the Senior Human Resources Business Partner, the HR Business Partner coaches, influences, and supports business leaders to effectively deliver their people plans. As a trusted advisor, the HR Business Partner collaborates with other HR specialist functions to provide stakeholders with a consultancy service that delivers best practice and operationally focused HR solutions. You will work to develop talent and leadership capacity, provide guidance and coaching to leaders on disciplinary and performance-related matters, and act as an employee champion to identify and execute ways to build engagement, improve workplace relationships, boost productivity, and reduce turnover.
