Developmental Disabilities Association is seeking an Employment Specialist to provide pre-employment counselling, job coaching, and advocacy for adults with disabilities in Vancouver, BC. $31.77 - $35.29 as per the collective agreement (2024 rates, implementation of new collective agreement is in process, and new wage rates $33.70 to $37.44 will be implemented once funding is received)
The Employment Specialist provides pre-employment counselling, job coaching, education, and advocacy support to adults with a disability. The Employment Specialist also provides transitional support, marketing to employers, and education and support to community organizations.
