Bell's HR Grad Hire program offers new graduates the chance to rotate across Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Compensation, Digital HR, HR Analytics, and more. What you’ll do

Upon completion of the program, you will have the knowledge, skills, network, and breadth of experience needed to become the next generation of HR leaders at Bell. To provide the ideal career path for you, rotational job experiences will be assigned based on preferences, skills, development opportunities, and business needs.

With our Grad program you will build your Human Resource knowledge through a total of 4 rotations and real, business-related projects, which may include roles within:

• Talent Acquisition
• Organizational Development
• Compensation
• Digital HR
• HR Analytics and Reporting
• Mental Health and Accessibility
• Disability Management
• Project Management
• Labour Relations
• Human Resources Services
• Business Unit or People Leader support

Education and Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, or college diploma in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Business Management programs or a related field completed before the program start date.
• You are aligned with working in‑person at a Toronto or Montreal-based Bell office location a minimum of 3 days per week. We value in‑person collaboration and believe working in‑office is the best way to establish meaningful relationships, build your network, and interact with our Leadership Team.
